Whiskey

At Branch Point Distillery we use traditional copper pot stills to create unique whiskies from local grains and specialty malts.

Branch Point TRIT Whiskey is made from an original mash bill of locally grown triticale along with rye malt and distillers’ malt, which is double pot distilled, then matured in new charred American oak casks. To retain maximum flavor the whiskey is not chill filtered and we never use coloring or other additives.

Triticale is a rye-wheat hybrid developed in the late 1800s in Scotland. It combines the spice and complexity of rye with the approachability of wheat.

TRIT Whiskey opens with rye spices followed by vanilla, caramel, and cola notes. A perfect sipping whiskey, it also works well in your favorite whiskey cocktail.

Branch Point Single Pot Still Oregon Whiskey is made from an original mash bill of locally grown barley along with specialty roasted malts and distillers’ malt, which is double pot distilled, then matured in new charred American oak casks. To retain maximum flavor the whiskey is not chill filtered and we never use coloring or other additives.

Our Single Pot Still whiskey is spicy and fruity with notes of coffee, baking chocolate and pipe tobacco.

Branch Point Oregon Wheat Whiskey is made from an original mash bill of locally grown soft white wheat along with crystal malt and distillers’ malt, which is double pot distilled, then matured in new charred American oak casks. To retain maximum flavor the whiskey is not chill filtered and we never use coloring or other additives.

Our wheat whiskey is an approachable whiskey with notes of honeyed graham cracker, caramel, and ripe peaches.
