Definitely Bourbon. Distinctly Branch Point. We use organic sweet white corn, local triticale and distillers malt.

It was important to us to not make “just another bourbon” so we started with higher quality ingredients than is typical for the category: organic white sweet corn, local triticale, and distillers malt. After fermenting with a traditional bourbon yeast the mash was double pot distilled, then brought down to a lower than typical barrel entry Proof of 110 before maturing in #4 char, 53 gallon, new American oak barrels.
