Barrelhouse Tasting ExperiencE

Welcome to the barrelhouse, where our finest experimental whiskey barrels await you. Surrounded by our maturing inventory, you will have the rare chance to savor a taste of our unique rare & limited whiskey straight from the barrel. Step behind the door and explore the flavors of our distinctive, hand-crafted whiskey.
You will taste 4 whiskey samples, 1 drawn straight from the barrel. The barrel that we taste in this experience has been carefully selected by our distiller from our oldest and most unique whiskeys There will be an opportunity to purchase a 750mL bottle of the whiskey you tasted from the barrel. This is an exclusive cask-strength, unfiltered whiskey that will only be available for purchase during this experience.
*Please note: This tasting takes place in the barrelhouse. A tour of the distillery is not included. Guests must be 21 years of age or over to participate.

We offer 3 unique whiskey flight options. Since we create so many different styles of whiskey and barrel expressions, we have separated our whiskeys into 3 flights to highlight the style of whiskey that suits your pallet. The first, our Barrel Flight is for those who prefer more American-style whiskeys such as whiskey that uses wheat and rye. The second, our Cask Flight focuses on more traditional European-style whiskeys that focus on their use of barley. The third, our Reserve flight highlights a combination of styles highlighting some of our distillery exclusive single barrel releases.
Mini-Cocktail Flights

We offer an array of mini-cocktails to choose from, ranging from whiskey-forward to discreetly hidden. Whiskey can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways, one of which is in cocktails. You’ll choose 4 mini-cocktails from our options to create your custom flight.
Distillery Tour & Tasting

Join us for a tour behind the scenes to learn about our grain-to-glass process and how our distiller creates authentic Oregon whiskeys from local grains. During the tour the distiller will take you through a guided tasting of our core whiskeys and an exclusive whiskey.
Visit our tasting room in the heart of Oregon wine country, relax in our covered, heated patio with a whiskey or mini-cocktail flight and a view of the beautiful neighboring vineyards. Book a tasting below.

The Tasting Room has accessible parking, level access to the entrance, is level throughout and has an ADA accessible restroom.

We allow well-behaved children in the tasting room. Children must be accompanied by an adult while visiting.
Children are not allowed on Tour and tastings or barrelhouse experiences.

We are happy for you to bring well behaved pets onto our patio tasting area, we have a water bowl available and a special treat behind the counter.

We do offer snacks and a small charcuterie board for purchase on days without a food truck, but we also allow you to bring in outside food as you enjoy your tasting.
