1 oz Cabernet Sauvignon Port (Eola Hills)
0.75 oz verjus (Montinore Estate)
0.75 oz simple syrup
Add a large ice cube and stir
Garnish with an orange twist after expressing oils over the drink
Late Harvest Wheat

2 oz Straight Oregon Wheat Whiskey
1 oz late harvest riesling (Stoller Winery)
0.5 oz verjus (Montinore Estate)
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir in a mixing glass with ice for 30 seconds, then strain into a coupe glass.
Summer Highball

1.5 oz Straight Oregon Wheat Whiskey
0.5 oz pineapple gum syrup
0.5 oz Dolin Blanc vermouth
1 oz limeade
Add Ice
6 oz seltzer
Garnish with a citrus twist

Harvest Moon

3 dashes aromatic bitters
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz apple brandy
1 oz Lillet Blanc
2 oz TRIT Straight Whiskey
Stir in a mixing glass with ice x 30 seconds, then strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with expressed orange peel or skewered apple slices

1/2 oz root beer syrup
16 - 20 drops of cherry sarsaparilla bitters (FreeWildShe)
Add a large ice cube
Stir
Garnish with a cocktail cherry (Jack Rudy Cocktail Co)

3/4 cup sugar (raw or turbinado preferred)
1 cup root beer
Heat on medium to a simmer until sugar is dissolved.
Chill, transfer to a glass jar or bottle and store in the fridge.
TRIT Classic Manhattan
Sarsaparilla Old Fashioned

1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Stir in a mixing glass with ice x 30 seconds, then strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with skewered bourbon soaked cherries.

Stir in a mixing glass with ice x 30 seconds, then strain tall glass filled with ice.

0.75 oz Bruto Americano, infused with toasted coconut
0.75 oz Dolin Rouge
3 drops of smoked orange bitters
Stir in a mixing glass with ice x 30 seconds, then strain into rocks glass over large cube.

Walnut City Old Fashioned

2 oz Oregon Whiskey
1 tsp simple syrup
2 dashes black walnut bitters
Add a large ice cube
Garnish with an orange twist after expressing oils over the drink

Easy to make at home, just add equal parts sugar (raw or turbinado recommended) and water to a pot and heat until the sugar dissolves. Cool, transfer to a bottle and store in the fridge for use.
