It’s time for another whiskey coffee release. For the last 4 years we’ve collaborated with Caravan Coffee in Newberg to create a unique whiskey coffee bean offering.

What’s the process: First, we lend an Oregon Wheat Whiskey barrel to the fantastic roasters at Caravan Coffee. Next, they proceed to age their coffee beans inside the barrel before roasting, this allows the beans to take on some of the flavors and aromas of the whiskey in that barrel. This creates a subtle, yet delicious flavor that changes year after year.
