A version of our wheat whiskey created from locally grown soft white winter wheat and finished in a fortified Muscat wine cask from Owen Roe winery.

  • Opens with crème brûlée crust, followed by delicate spice and a long finish of white peach and apricot.

  • Proof - 92 proof or 46% ABV

    Mash - Original mash bill including locally grown soft white winter wheat, crystal wheat malt and distillers’ malt.

    Distillation - Double pot distilled

    Maturation - 5 yrs 9 mo: initially in new charred American oak and finished in a fortified Muscat wine cask from Owen Roe winery.
