Our peated whiskey includes heavily peated Scottish malt along with locally grown barley.

  • You’ll find a hint of smoke on the nose, followed by lemon zest, beach bonfire and dark stone fruits. A great winter whiskey, this one is perfect to warm up with.

  • Proof - 92 proof or 46% ABV

    Mash - 100% barley (heavily peated Scottish malt as 20% of the mash bill, locally grown unmalted and crystal 120 brewers’ malt.)

    Distillation - Double pot distilled

    Maturation - 5 years in #1 and #2 charred American Oak barrels

    Non-chill filtered

    Natural color

    No additives or flavorings
